It ended up being a smooth, easy listen from start to finish. Underground conscious hip-hop isn’t usually my preferred lane so it’s probably not something I’d play all the time, but I still appreciated it for what it was. Overall, it’s a solid hip-hop album and definitely a good listen. 8/10 Favorite tracks: V for Vesper, Brothers Killed Malcolm, Less than Capital
Apr 30, 2026 at 9:41 PM Senim Silla - The Name, the Motto, the Outcome review I’ve never really heard of this artist before so that made going into this album very exciting. I’ve recently only had time to play music during gym, and I gotta say; pairing my workouts with these underground, jazzy and at times soulfull hip hop tunes went much better than you’d expect. I had a ton of fun with this record. The whole thing is very well made and engaging to listen to. I’m happy to report that not only did I save a ton of these tracks, but there weren’t really any bad songs on here either. Some of my favorites include: V for Vesper, Less Than Capital (this s--- is fire), The Awakening (love, love, love it), and Breaking the Law. 8.5/10 @AOTWClub @Justin Trudeau
