I turn into a hater. I put up a false bravado. But I’m not an egomaniac, that’s not my motto. May 25, 2026 at 11:48 PM Hit and miss, I've been fluctuating a lot more between depression and feeling alright compared to last year so far. I think it's realizing that I've helped a lot of people through s--- while I stayed a bit stagnant throughout the past year, so while i'm glad they're in a better place and it feels good to be a part of that I feel like I haven't done as much myself. Also dealing with the fact that due to some family stuff I had to pay a lot more bills which has made money more of a stress point than it should be, this week especially has been rough. That specific problem should be alleviating within the next few weeks tho which should help! I have some fun stuff for the 2nd half of the year but that aside idk how its gonna go for me, hopefully consistently better and a bit less mentally draining. Good to point out that overall this i'm still in a much better place than i've probably ever been on a macro level, this is far from one of my worst years. How about yourself?
May 25, 2026 at 11:55 PM I feel like everyone is feeling it. Companies are down sizing, gas is still ridiculous, electric bills are rising, we have a r-----ed pedo president in office who rage baits the public on a weekly basis, and hope for the future generations dwindles everyday. People can’t afford to go back to school, home loans are insane, and people are starting to use up thier savings just to provide for thier families. It feels like we are being squeezed to just the limit that we go to work, get our few vacation days, and do the same thing again everyday. A mass recession and depression has been going on for years the, nobody wanna say it. But even the well off are starting to feel it. The working class and upper middle class widened. Not even trying to be politically. It’s just truth. A majority of people’s income and savings are way less now than even 12 months ago. And people say money don’t buy happiness, but it can buy comfort and stability. And that’s a major thing declining in America today.

May 26, 2026 at 3:08 AM Awesome to hear man, glad you're doing well. Seemed like you were going through it for a minute a while back so its nice to see the pendulum swing in the other direction! Yeah that's what i'm realizing, a bit hard to break out the cycle cause a lot of my justification for having any idea of self worth is through people pleasing cause of the way I grew up. I'm figuring it out little by little though. I think I've always been an introspective person as a result of my upbringing but still i think your early 20s is where you actually try to internalize and work through all your bs, lot of people use this time and earlier to party and s--- and while I used to regret not partaking as much as others I don't think i'd trade that for not being who I am now. Not as any bragging right cause the bar is in h--- but once you actually try to spend time with people in our age range you figure out that a lot of people are really vapid. I do think I have probably the most confidence I've ever had in myself for a while now, I'm a chill a--- good person and anyone who's ever had problems with me is a f---ing psychopath so thats a good feeling lmaoo
