Jul 19, 2026 at 11:08 AM According to the Eminem tracker, there is an early version of Spend Some Time that exists with a different, older Eminem verse. It is believed this is from 2002 during the 8 Mile OST era. The words to this verse were leaked in 2025. I decided to quickly take a stab at what this verse may have sounded like. I recorded this in 10 mins and put it through the quickest fastest “Eminem AI voice” I could find in a google search. I also had to try and rap with an American accent so that kinda sounds weird at times. But here’s the result. The unheard Eminem Spend Some Time verse from 2002 attempt: It’s actually kinda hard to try and guess what kinda flow he was going with. I tried a few different ways but would always end up going off beat. I guess it depends on whether the person that actually transcribed it did so properly. I imagine it sounds similar to his “Love Me” delivery. I feel like I got the “22, moneys new” part and onwards spot on, it flows naturally. lyrics to actual verse: Spoiler When I was younger, I thought boys were supposed to go to jupiter to get more stupider And girls were supposed to go to college to get more knowledge But end up going to Mars and working in bars To try to save up them dollars, and strip for they tuitions, if they don't get them scholarships But see the problem is, same s--- that it's always been You end up getting caught up in the partyin', the drugs, the alcohol, and then Before you know it someones offerin' you that first 8 ball Then it's like bam, it's like runnin' straight into a brick wall and s--- That's when you fall and slip Your plan was to get in, get out, and get all your chips Now you done sniffed half of it up your nasal passages You gotta do something quick! That's when you find out, the bigger the t-ts, the bigger the tips Collagen in ya lips, implants, now you dance Shakin that a---, just to pay for what you have 22, money's new, 26, money's quick 28, money's late, 32, rent is due Gainin' weight, tummy tucks, 20 bucks ain't enough Now you got to s--- and f--- just to start keepin' up @Big Monkey @M Solo @StanSXN I have go for a better attempt at some point and spend more time on it.
Jul 19, 2026 at 2:27 PM Bro, that voice LOL. The overall delivery seems accurate enough in spirit though. He probably rapped it in more or less the same tone as the Spend Some Time verse. If it's real that is. It's a little too good to be a forgery by some Emball nerd so I'll assume it is. Reminds me a bit of Follow Me.
Jul 19, 2026 at 6:09 PM Lmao. Literally just had the idea pop up and decided to get it done and uploaded in minimal time otherwise I’d probably just lose interest. Couldn’t be bothered tryna get the best vocal take and then spend the time trying to find the best AI voice. Be interesting to see how close I was if it ever leaks lol
Jul 19, 2026 at 6:55 PM Fairplay in the effort of getting this done. Shows how bad he has always been with his writing when it comes to love songs. Even in 2002, his prime it was pretty dire and Superman is horrendous that left a stain on an otherwise of a masterpiece of an album. Love You More being the only exception when it comes to love songs.
Jul 20, 2026 at 5:15 PM I never woulda thought that I'd see you out of control Even though, my penis was deep down in your hole
Jul 24, 2026 at 4:41 PM Thank you for doing this @Zooberdee . Based on the time period and The Encore version turnes out this s--- would have been a classic. God d--- I hope someone leaks as vault someday.
Jul 24, 2026 at 11:20 PM I liked the Suge Diss, Seasons and The Ritz plot( although I really wish I never read the lyrics for the Ritz lol) And then Follow Me and Jump Out had some kind of sentimental effect on me because of the time period. You?
Jul 25, 2026 at 6:36 AM Suge, Follow Me, Antichrist. And even though Relapse was never one of my favorites, some of those R2 tracks sound way better than most of what he’s done the past 10 years.

Jul 25, 2026 at 6:49 AM I have to admit for an apparent 05 Eminem, he does sound pretty sharp on that original Antichrist.
Jul 25, 2026 at 2:59 PM Besides Sexual Healing I think the Relapse songs had some of the best moments. - Love Drunk in particular had an incredible beat and equally incredible chorus (something he could never come up with today). The verses are just there though. - Key to My Room was really fun all the way through. Succeeded where something like "We Made You" failed miserably. - The first verse of Discombobulated might be his best writing from the period. What a terrible waste. At least that's what I'd say if I cared about his discog.
