Anyone bet? I'm going with FSU -3.5, Baylor -7, and I'm not sure how feel about the Bama game. 14.5 is a lot.

    Edit: Got Bama -14.

If life was fair, it would be Baylor at #4. Since it is not, it is going to be Bama, Oregon, Buckeyes, Noles. Again a 1 loss team will jump FSU, so they get the big money match ups that they want. They might put FSU at #3 since an Urban Meyer vs Nick Saban match up can be sold.

I obviously do not agree with the committees decisions to this point, but at least be consistent. If you are going to continue to s--- on FSU and the ACC, then you have to do the same to Ohio St. They lost to a bottom tier ACC team. Just because it was early, does not mean it didn't happen. You cannot just ignore that horrible loss to Virginia Tech.

Baylor has the best resume and should be #4.

My top 4: FSU, Oregon, Bama, Baylor.

The four best teams are in, but the road to here was horrible. Committee looks like s--- by moving TCU from 3 to 6. Basically, if the undefeated National Champs were #1, there wouldn't have ever been an issue.

It only took the committee the first year to completely f--- this up. TCU has 1 loss, won by 52 points, and drop 3 spots just because their conference doesn't have a championship game? I'm sorry but the Big 12 >>>>> Big 10 with or without a championship game.

Can't wait to see TCU beat Ole Miss in the Chick-Fil-A Bowl while OSU gets destroyed by Alabama.

I would have figured that the loss to VT earlier this year would have DQ'd Ohio State.

This completely. TCU is gonna f--- up Ole Piss while Baylor can destroy Mich St. Then this bs committee will know how much they f----- up. It really wont matter but c'mon, a 3rd string QB is in the playoff? His 2ND START! is going to be against BAMA. GL brah. I'm routing for him, but sorry, just not likely.

It's clear that Baylor had the better resume than TCU but they had f----- up so bad already having TCU at 3 and Baylor at 6, so they jumped at the opportunity to put Ohio St in the last spot so they wouldn't have to explain themselves with TCU over Baylor

I just can't believe TCU dropped 3 spots after winning 55-3. The committee set the precedent of TCU being in the top 4. Dropping in the rankings is bs. It's all about the viewers and money.

All in all, the best 4 teams did get in. Definitely questionable how the rankings fluctuated the last few weeks, but the top 4 teams got in. You can't schedule non-conference games against Samford and SMU and expect to get the benefit of the doubt.

Had a feeling they'd screw up like this. Four teams just isn't enough. If they want a true champion then they need at the very least 8 teams. Total bullcrap the big 12 got screwed just because they don't have a championship game

If they changed it to 8 teams, then you'd just have the #9 and #10 teams saying they should have made it

Exactly, it'll never be perfect. IMO, 6 teams is the best format we'll ever have.

Not sure I entirely understand the ranking system and why TCU dropped 3 spots. But Oregon will win the Rose Bowl and that's all that really matters. If Marcus Mariota doesn't get the heismen this year the s----s rigged. Really hope he stays at Oregon for another year. Yeah sure money is the be made in the NFL, but he will get drafted to a dog s--- team. If he stays at Oregon he will break even more records than he already has and go in the books as the best QB the NCAA has ever seen. As long as he doesn't get hurt it would be a win for everyone if he stays one more year.

Top two teams get a bye.

    3 vs 6 / 4 vs 5
    Winners play 1 & 2
    Winners play Championship

8 teams is too many, but I'm sure it'll eventually happen.

there will always be criticism about who gets in every year...that is a fact...

looking forward to great football, dont be suprised if ohio state can hang in there with Alabama....an Oregon & Alabama national title game would be great...
