    Jay wins by coolness. And I love Nas. Jay has Can't Knock The Hustle and Nas has NY State Of Mind. Both great songs and the latter lyrically absolutely insane but I still prefer the Smoothness of CKTH

    Nas is a more talented rapper in my opinion but jay z was better in making albums that are also mass appealing no pun intended. The problem is with nas that he had really s--- albums and sometimes mid albums that overshined his classic releases. Nas always struggled with getting a smash hit too which wasn‘t a problem for jay z. Prefer jay z overall better discography also

    Any Nas > Any Jay

    I like Jay-Z, but he's never been as interesting to me. Always happy to see him featured, obviously a legend, but I find full albums of Jay Z kind of boring.

    Honestly not sure. Big was a master and I’d probably take Life After Death over any single Jay album, but Jay has the virtue of a much longer career. Obviously not gonna hold dying against Big, but Jay was not far off him in his lifetime and had years to grow and perfect his style.

    I never really enjoyed Jay Z, appeal is kinda odd to me. Nas is really good he just got pranked with leaks earlier than most.

    I’m partial to Nas, however I concede that if you look up rapper in the dictionary, there’s a picture of Jay Z. Primes tho...... think I’ll lean Nas
