    Except from Illmatic, I think that HHID is one of his best tbh, same lvl with Stillmatic maybe higher?

    I'm interested in the original I Am, I'll do some research tomorrow. And personally I enjoyed Distant Relatives much more than LIG, but I'll have to listen to it again.

    I mean, I think God's Son, Nastradamus, and Street Disciple are his only bad records. I could see HHID being higher. Stillmatic is kind of corny.
    This wasn't a carefully thought out list.

    I'm admittedly not as familiar with Nas's discog as I'd like to be. @CharlieWork I'm also interested in the OG tracklisting of I Am...

    I like Lost Tapes it but I'm holding off on ranking it til I revisit it. I wasn't able to get into it as much as some others when I went through his discog way back when, and haven't listened to it much in recent years.

    I made the original I Am on Grooveshark.
    I'd link it, but they closed it down. :KendrickCry:
    Basically a bunch of stuff from The Lost Tapes was on it.
    It was the first major online leak in hip-hop.
    Led to him reshaping it into something lesser imo.

    Yeah I knew that's where The Lost Tapes came from, but I wasn't sure if the original track listing for I Am was ever revealed. Def recreate it if you can.

    Yeah I agree, especially Nastradamus. I'd probably go Illmatic -> IWW -> HHID / Lost Tapes -> Stillmatic -> Distant Relatives -> LIG / I Am, something like that.
    RIP Grooveshark :emoji_slight_frown: but it's ok I'll try and make itmyself in the next days. That tape from 1991 is also worth checking out, I have it saved as "pre-illmatic", not sure if it has a name.

    edit: if you made it again, that'd be even better :emoji_sunglasses:
