Apr 15, 2017 Just making this thread as a reminder. I am not saying that d--- is bad by any means. It is a great album. But beware and be mind of a little thing called recency bias - n----s are quick say Kendrick is the "greatest of all time" - he is a great artist but there have been many other phenomenal masterpieces in hip-hop as well that we must not forget. I hate that rap music is so competitive; it detracts from the art in my opinion. Each artist has different things that they all do that make them individually and uniquely great. After the hype dies down, we will all be enjoying great music from this legendary genre. We should all be grateful and stop hating/gassing up artists, comparing discographies and all that stupid s---. This aint the f---in NBA, you n----s talk about rap like its sports, comparing stats and sales and all these analytics and data and all this bs, lets chill and enjoy the music. Also, unrelated: If I was ab-soul I would be ashamed of myself.
