    I've heard of none of them lol.

    Not sure where I'd start on this either because I'm not super big into a lot of trap so I'm not sure which of these would be for me (and i'm assuming since these are recent a lot are probably trap)

    Play Preacher's Son if you like Isaiah Rashad, Kweku has a reggae style and Brockhampton is a pseudo hip hop boy band led by Kevin Abstract, both are great as well

    Trap influenced beats, but a concept album with a lot of focus on lyricism* Anonymuz - Vice City
    Dude is weird af, kinda like Danny Brown. Trap influenced but more experimental* ZelooperZ - Bothic
    Smooth jazzy rap. Similar to Isaiah Rashad *TUT - Preacher's Son
    Upbeat and chill hip hop. Not trap. Also really smooth *Trapo - Shade Trees
    Trap mixed with punk. *THEY. - Nü Religion EP
    Trap *Mardi - August: The Ride EP
    Indie hip hop, chill as f---. Cudi-esque voice *Kweku Collins - ''Say It Here While It's Safe'' and ''Nat Love''
    Political hip hop. focus on racism etc. heavy kanye and kendrick influence* Kemba - Negus
    Some trap, some chill, great bars and verses.* Injury Reserve - Live From The Dentist's Office
    Hip hop, some trap, some acoustic singing tracks, and more *Brockhampton - All American Trash

    None of these except Mardi are your typical trap dudes. I also use the term trap loosely, so if I mention trap influence, it may not necessarily go against what you're looking for. I'd give all of these are shot.

    that EP is too f---ing good. they were supposed to drop the Hyena album this year I think, but don't seem like the new singles has done as well as the EP
