The year that future and thug both dropped their greatest album so far

Also... one of the best pop albums OAT (for lack of a better word) dropped that year; Lorde - Melodrama

    2017 was a phenomenal year.

For me, the best album from 2017 is 6lack - Free 6lack.

6lack is my favorite new artist in the past 10 years. I haven’t liked a new artist as much probably since Lil Wayne exploded on the scene in the mid 2000s.

how tf did i forget Tyler lol.

Agreed on, Bada$$, IDK, Wiki and Goldlink. That JID album never clicked for me. Much preferred Dicaprio 2. Also that Gibbs EP was meh imo.

SANDAS is straight up f---ing classic, Sahbabbi doesnt get enough appreciation. Squidtastic was amazing too.

Curious if you ever listened to Chief Keef's Thot Breaker? I always thought of it as part of a 2017 trio with BTG and HNDRXX.

2Chainz - Pretty Girls Like Trap Music.

I didn’t love it as much as others when it first came out but it grew on me over time. There are other 2017 albums I’d put before it but it definitely deserves to be in the list.
