    honestly they were.

    the two of them together are the best one-two punch in the history of rap, and i know how loaded that sentence is.

    and like, all that's coming to me rn is that i'm putting them above outkast, but have two rappers ever flowed in an out of each other vocally as smooth as these two have?

    i mean, when i listen to tha tour i don't know if i'm hearing music, or if birdman is running cold silk over my ears while i close my eyes.

    the 1:00 mark of givenchy gives me the same pleasure that running a butter knife through a freshly opened jar of peanut butter does.

    i think the greatest american tragedy of the last decade is not the 2008 recession, not the victory of donald trump, not the mistreatment of lil wayne, but the fact that these two went their separate ways.
