If Eminem would flow like the old days it would be f---ing boring. Everybody would complain that he can't come up with new flows/styles. But Eminem is here and tries to sound different with every song he creates and we should highly appreciate that he's still around and has fun to make records. Looking forward to the album.

Eminem is the most complained about artist in music history.

    - He worked with a pop artist
    - I don’t like his voice on this
    - his voice was fine but what’s wrong with the hook
    - he sounds hungry but he can’t flow anymore
    - He has a beard
    - he turned into a robot
    - their isn’t drums! This isn’t even a song!

    b---- b---- nag b----.

I think you have a point. If he came back every couple years with material sounding like TES it wouldn't be that exciting and interesting. I like his new experiments with flow. My only problems since 2010 have been the production and unnecessary shouting on some tracks. On the other hand, I loved his solo songs on ShadyXV, Southpaw, as well as Campaign Speech, Hills, and Walk on Water, so I'm not worried about the new album whatsoever.

I agree if you keep the same flow it tends to get stale, but having the same flow is better than choppy flow.

I honestly hope he doesn’t go onto the internet and he has people telling him what others say about his music. Because being someone like eminem and reading people constant bitching would drive him absolutely crazy. It would drive anyone mad.

Imagine being the greatest rapper of all time. Imagine having it perfected. Then imagine not being able to do a single thing right for your fans. Even if it’s a 8/10 (which is a rather high rating) still isn’t good enough for people.

Especially when you put so much heart into it, give everything you got, work on it so hard, and then the first thing you hear is "this female hook is trash!"

Does he put out s-----y music? Absolutely, of course he does. Some of it is embarrassing.

But if he puts out a 8/10 people still b----. If jay z puts out a 6/10 song people don’t complain and b---- they go to the next song.

I guess it is a matter of taste, because I noticed his choppy flow only when I started reading comments on the site. Before, the only chopped flow I had noticed and hadn't liked was the first verse on "Going Through Changes".

Just think. Sit back and think about it.

Eminem had rap so f---ing perfected it ruined his status in hip hop. That’s how dope marshal was in his prime.

But all those things are true. He has lost the ability to just make a natural song like he used to.

Because we know what he is capable of. Eminem should take it like a man and try to win like Kobe.

It shouldn't drive him mad. It should MOTIVATE him to do better. We know what he is capable of. And WOW is less than what he is capable of. If he rapped to his true ability, then nobody would complain. Sure, there would be a few haters out there. But he would have the world by his finger tips again. But he is too afraid.

To my mind, when he knows that he worked hard on an album and did his best, he should just stop reading comments on his music and enjoy his sales. The sales indicate the level of popularity, as well, right? People on the internet always complain, but if people still buy your music, it means it is still good enough to make them addicted and come back for more.

The people that buy his music are the same people that always buy. For instance, I always buy his stuff. But it doesn't mean that he did it to the best of his ability.

I think the problem is he does it to the best to his ability (aside from Encore and Relapse which he recorded for fun). I think when you care that much you can stop seeing the bigger picture. He sees words, rhymes, and sentences, not songs. But it's only my guess.

Recovery or MMLP 2 didn't really had choppy flow. He started after those albums.

So when it started? Because I really can hear it only at times and I don't understand what that big deal is.
