Oct 10, 2022 “I have an album called Kingmaker that I’m putting the finishing touches on now,” Xzibit confirmed. “I’ve been working on it for a minute. I feel like this is gonna be my last album. Not that I’m gonna retire or make any weird statements like that…but I think as about full feature-length albums I think things have changed and people digest music a little differently now, but for my catalog of music, I haven’t put out a record since 2012.” He confirms the project will arrive in January or February of 2023. “I will never lose love for Hip Hop, but what I do know now at my age is that time is the most important thing that we have,” Xzibit said. “I’ve given a lot of time to the planet as Xzibit and my priorities are changing on the daily. So I will always be there for my fanbase and they’ve always been there for me, but I wanna be present for the people that I love.” https://hiphopdx.com/news/id.74071/title.xzibit-biden-weed-pardon 10 years since the last one lets go
Oct 11, 2022 He said this in an interview a year or 2 ago and also said an anniversary edition of restless was coming with a couple of unreleased tracks. That never saw the light of day. I'm always in for new X but I don't believe this is really coming anyone soon.
Oct 11, 2022 He said an album was coming or that he was putting the finishing touches on it? Because that's what he's saying here. Says he's been working on it for a minute. https://www.tmz.com/watch/2022-10-10-101022-xzibit-2-1497598-947/ January/february is still pretty far away. So guess we'll have to wait regardless.
Oct 11, 2022 d---, Napalm was 2012? Time flies. I've always like Xzibit. I hope he can put together one last good album.
Oct 11, 2022 He said both the Restless album and the new album would be out by the end of the year. Guess that was 2019 or 2020 as Restless came out in 2000.
