Oct 8, 2016 "The Gorillaz could be just two weeks away from finishing their new album. In addition, band member Noodle has just joined the Jaguar Racing team in a new video. The forthcoming album from Damon Albarn and Jamie Hewlett’s Gorillaz project is arguably the most anticipated release in recent history and with each piece of news that surfaces, the anticipation for the coveted album grows. “Two weeks left of recording and the album’s finished," Albarn reportedly recently said, which was enough to get fans riled up for the release. Albarn was also revealed to be in the studio with English producer Two Inch Punch, who has produced material for Sam Smith, Jessie Ware and Brian Eno, among others. This adds to the list of confirmed collaborators that include De La Soul, Snoop Dogg, composer Jean Michel-Jarre and Vic Mensa. As Hewlett stated back in June, the forthcoming album is still expected to land in 2017, but with Gorillaz, it’s difficult to know for sure." Oct 8, 2016 This probably gonna flop and I don't know if I'll bother listening to the whole thing but it's cool they are making another album
Oct 8, 2016 Crossing my fingers it is better than Plastic Beach. I enjoyed the album but it was nowhere near as good as Demon Days.
Oct 8, 2016 The confirmed collaborators don't make me feel excited at all. Vince Mensa and Jean Michel Jarre? What the f---?
Oct 8, 2016 I f---ing need this. The story line so far has been interesting. Gorillaz fan for most of my life
Oct 8, 2016 It would be great if it came out and end of 2016. They just released a digital book of Russel to catch us all up on what the band members have been up too since Plastic Beach.
Oct 8, 2016 Albarn also complimented Kanye calling him unique and stated that Future was "exhilarating" in a recent interview.
