On his London Roads record, Wayne mentions shooting himself. I remember reading about it few years ago and Wayne was saying it was an accident.

On this track it seems like he was actually trying to commit suicide at the age of 12.. What do you guys think?

A real G, I never kissed n----s or shot myself

I remember seeing him talk about it on a behind-the-music type thing. Pretty sure it was just an accident.

Yeah I'm almost sure it was still just an accident. He could've pointed it at himself and misfired on accident just as a dumb 12 year old. I wonder how the questioning was for that. Like if the police or his mother thought he was trying to end it.

He said it happened when he was 14 the most recent time it was brought up. Something not adding up, keeps changing it every time

He's being very descriptive about this on the track, he remembers putting the gun to his chest and shooting at his heart, but yeah it wouldn't have been a serious song if he said that he just shot himself by accident.
