What was it about hip hop that you were like, yeah this is my s---.

For me I always had it around me. My sister listened to bone thugs, wu tang etc. my brother listened to NWA and whatever.

But once I got into high school hip hop became a form of entertainment. I was to young when the biggie vs pac s--- went down. But the game vs 50 cent got my attention. From then on I always loved the competitive part of hip hop and wanted to hear more. I listened to eminem so I wanted to hear everyone he worked with. I heard game and wanted to listen to all the rappers he was working with. That’s how I found out about k.dot. Hip hop became a life style and an addiction that has helped me through life. And I’ve always enjoyed finding knew rappers that people in my area never heard of and sharing music.

Similar situation to you, my brother’s a huge hip hop head and I just grew up around it. Can’t really recall ever not hearing rap of some kind during childhood. I’d go into his room while he was out and take CD’s and tapes to listen through even though I barely understood what I was hearing,
