    Creation By Any Means

To say I'm a yo-yo dieter would be a bit of an understatement lol
In 2013 i was fit as h---, i worked out every day, my back became a problem late 2013, but i had a handle on it until summer 2014.
In 2013/early 2014 i weighed 161lbs. Because my back became severe summer 2014, i went from 161lbs to 245lbs by early 2015, all it due to the fact i wasn't able to move, so eating & having to take pills put me in a terrible place.
In February i said f--- it & did the best i could to lose weight, & i then went from 245lbs to 203lbs which made a big difference even though it wasn't a huge, i was able to lose it in the space of 2 months by simply doing some light walking, to the best of my ability considering the pain i was in, & cutting out bad food, which i only ate so i didn't take the medication on a empty stomach.
I stayed at that weight until may-october in which became 140lbs because i was very ill.
When i became better i celebrated by eating like a heathen lol & I ended up becoming 210lbs in the space of 2 & a half months simply because i was able to eat again. I had a procedure on my back in that time & got a job too, so i life was good as f--- so i was happy as s---, but late december i cut out bad s--- & got down to 175lbs which i was content with, as im just about 6 foot, so i looked healthy.

Fast forward to February of this year, i stop giving a s--- & put a ton of weight again lmao, at the moment i weigh 214.2lbs.
Im not happy with it, i am however content with life after putting the last 2 years behind me, so i'm just trying to get it under control once & for all & go back to how i was up till 2013.

I've cut out all the bad s---, i have been doing the treadmill for an hour twice a day since Wednesday, i eat chicken for dinner & fruit here & there, but i want to know, do you guys have any tips?

TLDR: I eat & eat, rinse & repeat.
