What would you say the worst Eminem album and why?

For me personally it would have to be Encore which is debatable but it had so much potential for good subject matter and a concept but it fell short on every level. Apart from a few gems the album was the worst Eminem release imo

Your thread has been repeated multiple times, this one hasn’t, I wanna try and be more specific on the worst album, not the best ones

    Alrighty.

Worst for me is Relapse. Deja Vu and Beautiful are probably the only songs I liked. Hello wasn't bad either. Most of the album was ruined by the accents.. It's a shame because there were some great beats and the vibe was cool.

Solo albums: Encore. Overall it's the worst but it's highs are pretty high. The production is great for the most part, flow is on point. The issue is half the songs are unlistenable 0/10's. So it takes the album as awhile way down.
MMLP2 sucks but it doesn't have as many 0/10 tracks even though the highlights never get as high as Encore except maybe Bad Guy pt 2. It's just overall better but still s-----y.

Relapse. I enjoyed a lot about Relapse but too many songs with the same serial killer vibe.

Insane, My Mom, Hello, Deja Vu, Beautiful were the biggest highlights for me. The accent just got redundant on a lot of songs.

I didn't choose Encore because I think the highs were extremely good and k--- me for saying it but I thought Rain Man was funny. Its not to Eminem standards but I can still enjoy the stupid songs.

MMLP2 I didn't pick because I think it was great... except for the beat on a------. Survivor feels like a filler track a lot of the time but I would be lying if I said it doesn't get me hyped up while working out. A lot of bonus tracks should have made the cut. This was a great album but calling it MMLP2 messed things up. Shouldn't have been called MMLP2

His first 3 albums were pretty much classic so those are out of the question. Relapse production IMO was outta control good. I definitely overrate the production but I love it. He definitely went overboard with the accent and serial killing s--- but honestly his flow was the best it's been since his comeback. Some great songs sprinkled in here and there and it's the only Em album I feel like that actually got marginally better with age

Recovery was pop rap 101 but he honestly didn't even have one song that was 0-2/10 material. Not very high highs though just mediocrity throughout. Production was hit or miss. I think we can all agree that Em and Dre go together like peanut butter jelly.

Mmlp2 cause its the only one i will not go back and listen to for enjoyment. I legitimately cant make it through it and its the only one. Im not counting h--- the sequel. Encore is half terrible and half quite good so I can muster through it no problem really. Plus over the years I have grown to enjoy a--- like that, puke and rain man. Relapse is my 4th fav from him so def not that one. Recovery is just meh, not terrible but not very good. Infinite is dope and I enjoy the spacey instrumental vibe.

I don’t think Encore is his worst album. In fact it’s ahead of the last 3. However Encore was the worst after the first listen at least. It was the most disappointing album, but that’s because it came after 8 mile and TES. And it just wasn’t an upbeat album. But it has aged well. And he wasn’t flowing awkwardly.
