Mar 6, 2016 I have a feeling that Kendrick's next album will have a similar sound to Untitled 2 and Untitled 7. Hear me out. Both tracks begin with the "p----, p----... hooray!" chant which leads into the track, and those two are considered the "bangers"/hardest tracks on the project. But on Untitled 8, the song ends with the same chant, which leaves the album off with a sense of what may come. Kendrick's next album could feature a similar "bangerish" vibe whilst covering important topics and being introspective, as the sound may proceed what untitled unmastered. left off with. He also states at the beginning of the album how he gave us To p---- A Butterfly, and near the end of the album he states: "The mastermind until my next album, more power to you" This gives me a feeling that Kendrick wanted this to be a bridging point for the two albums so that he could see how the audience may receive this new sound. We know that Kendrick won't give us the same album twice, so I can see him straying away from the TPAB style slightly to introduce a more modern-flavored version of what we're getting right now. And if I'm correct, it's going to be incredible. EDIT: Kendrick is currently working with Metro Boomin so this could only lead to greatness.
Mar 6, 2016 I mean rumours saying hes working with herbie hancock so it will be fusion jazz instead of free jazz this time... so yeah it will be more "bangerish" so I'd say next music will be more like Untitled 8.
Mar 6, 2016 If it's anywhere near as Phenomenal as Untitled 2, we're going to get 4 great Kendrick albums.
Mar 6, 2016 but those tracks were all written in 2014 i doubt he had the next project ready in his mind to use them now for this although more of that #2 tracks are fine with me
Mar 6, 2016 maybe he started out with the idea of those 2 tracks but wanted to save it and now is going to go that way
Mar 6, 2016 I honestly want him to mix Jazz with psychedelic rock. That would be so dope. I f---ing love psychedelic rock. This could be a cool place for him to go.
Mar 6, 2016 I like the idea of psychadelic. I'd love a whole album of "backwards remix" type of s---.
Mar 6, 2016 Yea that one. I thought it was dope afff. I enjoyed him on that typa production, he flowed well on it, his delivery was dope, i thought it was an interesting style choice. I'd definitely like a psychadelic kenny album. But of course, i doubt it'll happen. Oh yeah, agreed. I love the original, it's absolutely godly.
Mar 6, 2016 I can see that.....Mortal Man ended with his conversation with Tupac talking about how the "poor will eat the rich"
