    Ever been in addiction ?

    Was it habit like spending time browsing internet ?

    Was it drugs/alcohol/cigarettes ?

    Did you over come it and how ?

    I was "addicted" to Lucozade at one point. Used to drink like 8 bottles a day and my Dr told me to stop otherwise It could cause serious health issues

    I had Redbull, internet, p---, and cigarettes addictions.

    Overcame all of them.

    My strategy is so f---in easy. Just don't think about the addiction.

    Stopped cigs and never looked back. didn't deal with it like an addiction.

    Any urges I just remind myself, and just change my thoughts...

    So my key was ignoring the addiction and it worked well.

    any other experiences ?

    Oh s---, thats so much,,, you almost didn't drink anything else.

    had a similar case, but with the Redbull my daily intake was 4 to 5 cans. and my most at a day was 7.

    Didn't really go to the doctor, and kept the habit for 4 months. but could feel something weird in myself and quitted easily. Now I'm normal
