    sf/oakland aswell? tupac went to a local high school near me. not alot of people recognize him as a bay area rapper but he technically started here

    Flushing, Queens so Large Professor, Royal Flush, Mic Geronimo, Yak Ballz, Nutso, Timeless Truth, Big Baby Gandhi, Dres (from Black Sheep). The most famous Flushing rapper atm is Action Bronson but he's technically from Kew Garden Hills, not Flushing. Growing up, we always viewed that area as being part of Flushing but it's actually a separate neighborhood. I guess it's better to claim Flushing than Kew Garden Hills, which has very little significance in Hip Hop. Large Pro put Flushing on the map and Mic G and Royal Flush carried the torch from the mid to late 90s.

    Born and raised in SF. Yeah, it's hard to pin point Pac exactly. He lived in Marine for a bit I think too. He repped the west coast more as a whole rather than a specific location. He rolled around with Pirus though which are from SoCal so there's always going to be that endless debate.

    Yeah, that's very true. Bit sad that not alot of people in the city even know that Pac lived in the North Bay. h---, not a lot of people in the north bay even know that lmao
