    What's an asexual? An asexual is a person who has no sexual feelings or desires at all.

    So, now you guys know about asexuals. Is anyone here an asexual? If so, how different is your life without sexual feelings? I wish I could be asexual to be completely honest. l don't want to go into that right now though.

    i honestly thought i was asexual when i was 14... turns out i was just around ugly people
    jk but no i really thought i was broken or something until i researched and it was a thing.
    it lasted like 1 year for me. then i thought i was straight, then i thought i was gay then now :what22:


    its such an interesting concept though.

    How different is life as an asexual? It's about as complicated as being gay, bi, or straight. Everyone experiences things differently and have different kinds of struggles. I think the consistent issue I have is the inability to have normal conversations with people who actually experience sexual feelings. Everyone is wondering what other people's angles are in conversation. Whether it's straight dudes getting weirded out because I don't participate in the whole "dude, I would b--- that chick so hard" bs when we're walking down a street. Or it's gay dudes who like to think my lack of interest in women must mean I'm gay. Their self absorbed nature apparently makes them incapable of noticing I have no interest in them either. Or it's women who think I'm hitting on them just by speaking to them in a casual manner. Having conversations with people is like inviting awkward misunderstandings. It gets even worse when they don't even know what asexuality is and I have to explain it. We don't really exist in the public's eye.

    I'm in a relationship myself and although I have sex every so often, it's really for my girl's benefit. Which is fine. Especially for her since she gets all of the attention. She likes that I pay more attention to how her body reacts. I'm not sure if that part is specifically tied to asexuality but that's how it is for me at least. I've never actually met another asexual so I wouldn't know if others are the same.

    I don't know what else you want to know, but wishing to be an asexual when you're not is a bit disgusting. Accept yourself for who you are. Whatever problems you're having right now, they would only be replaced by other problems. We've all got issues. You'll get through whatever you're dealing with.

    Chad's felt sexually indifferent during bouts of depression. Though that isn't like being absent of sexual attraction, my interest in women and relationships went into MGTOW territory.

    You know the people on this site aren't that bad. Sure, they like to joke around and what not, but it's not all that serious. But if you want to speak in PM, then okay.
