Can you help someone get clean?

    So after me and my baby mama broke up I was in a bad place. Lonely, confused ect. I wasn't ready to go talk to girls but there was one that rents a room at the place I run that is beautiful, nice and just a very cool girl. The problem is.. she is a heroin addict. I have got involved with her now and I see past everything and think I can get her off the needle. I feel a connection with her that I have not felt with any other girl. She does want to get clean, I know its not gonna be easy. If I could help her then I could see myself marrying this girl. Am I being stupid cause im vulnerable or could I be successful in helping her get clean?

    Won't be easy, especially with something like heroin. The withdrawl from that is also horrible so that doesn't help. You certainly can help her though especially if she's interested in you too.

    Let's all just hope JMG's next thread isn't 'I'm addicted to heroin' or something.

    First off, it's important that you don't stigmatize her and her situation... she needs to know that you are her friend and you are not judging her. I suggest you do heroin with her so she knows it's okay. I bet sharing her needle will show her you like her and seems real romantic.

    I think heroin addicts have bad withdrawals so you should buy some other drugs that will help her come off of it gently like cocaine, crystal m---, angel dust and bath salts.

    Maybe she needs something else for her to live for... like maybe a child? You should try to impregnate her right away... that could be the thing that saves her life and bring you two really close together.

    Try getting her to slowly downgrade from heroin to other opiate medicines like Vicodin and Oxycontin to help with her heroin addiction and withdrawl symptoms

    She wants me to take her to the Methodone clinic next week. She is definitely sick of doing it and I know she's gonna try to quit but I just hope it's possible.

    Heroin mad overrated.


    I'll be fair I never shot it up so maybe I'm just not doing it right


    Me and my homies did lines of BTH but I threw up as I came down and that sort of put me off from trying it again.


    Not a huge fan of such a heavy downer either
