Jan 22, 2019 Paris (CNN)Singer Chris Brown has been arrested in Paris, accused of aggravated r--- and drug violations, a French judicial source told CNN. Brown is being held along with two other unidentified people, the source said Tuesday. The US Embassy in Paris declined to comment on the report. CNN has reached out to Brown's attorney. The singer has had several run-ins with the law, including physical assault charges following an incident with his then-girlfriend, Rihanna, in 2009. He was charged with felony assault and making criminal threats in that incident, and received five years' probation and community service. Rihanna fans upset over Breezy's Instagram comments Most recently before the Paris incident, Brown was arrested in July after a concert in West Palm Beach, Florida, on a felony battery charge stemming from an April 2017 incident in which he was accused of punching a man who photographed him without permission. He was released after posting $2,000 bail, pleaded not guilty at a subsequent hearing and is awaiting trial. In 2013, Brown and his bodyguard were arrested and charged with felony assault after an alleged altercation outside a hotel in Washington D.C. The charge was reduced to a misdemeanor in court the next day, and Brown was released from jail without bail. Later that year, Brown was kicked out of a rehab facility after smashing his mother's car window during a family session. A judge ordered him to immediately enter into another rehab program. He was hit with a probation violation in March 2014 for being booted from the rehab facility, and a judge put him in jail. In May of that year, while he was still incarcerated, he pleaded guilty to a probation violation stemming from Washington fight. He was released from jail in June 2014, and about three months later, he pleaded guilty in the Washington fight and was sentenced to time served -- one day in a prison -- and a $150 fine.

Jan 22, 2019 Chris Brown is still innocent until proven guilty though. Probably some thot he f----- then when he kicked her out she goes and pulls the r--- card. With Chris Brown being a celebrity, he wouldn’t need to r--- a woman. I guess the dude is f----- in the head beating Rihanna in the past so who knows. Maybe he’s guilty.
Jan 22, 2019 I get that his past is garbage and a lot of people don't f--- with Chris Brown, but the amount of people acting like he's automatically guilty of crimes he's accused of is wrong. This isn't an R Kelly situation, at all. Not saying he's innocent or guilty, just think we should withhold judgement until facts come out
Jan 22, 2019 This was probably a false allegation. I believe it's a foregone conclusion that Breezy will eventually murder an ex or a random woman while he is spazzing out over an ex.
Jan 22, 2019 yeah we should give the guy who beat a woman to a pulp, has a restraining order against him for stalking another, and is just a general piece of s---...a break because he can dance and hit a high note. He should be presumed guilty every single time. He doesn't deserve anyone's respect. I still like his music tho

Jan 22, 2019 At this point, Chris brown should just isolate himself in his house and be a recluse for the rest of his life with no human interactions. I never said he was innocent or that his past isn't full of inexcusable crimes. He needs help, he needs to work on himself and not be excused because he's a great entertainer. At the same time, if what he's saying is true, that he was with his girlfriend and 20 other people playing music and he's being accused of r---, if that's true, he's the victim here
Jan 22, 2019 Today there were too many people comparing him to R. Kelly... people need to compare him to OJ Simpson, Phill Specter and Mark Anthony "Gator." He is dancing in their footsteps and he crossed all the lines they did on their way to killing a woman.
