Aug 13, 2021 Sonically, yes, it's great. But does it fit thematically? Recovery was supposed to be about him being sober, being a new person and moving forward. This song has the Kim marriage, vicodin pills, the depression, baggy pants, XL white t-shirt, glasses and bandana written all over it. I think Em wanted to leave that era behind him.
