Sep 18, 2017 Tonight at the 69th annual Emmy Awards, Childish Gambino was a big winner, grabbing the award for Best Director for a Comedy Series, for his critically-acclaimed FX television series Atlanta. With this, he became the first black person to win an award in that category. Later in the night, the rapper-actor also won an Emmy for Best Lead Actor in a Comedy. Donald obviously was very thankful for the award but he didn’t leave before making a very important announcement — the joint project between him and Chance The Rapper was certainly on the way. Sep 18, 2017 I get not liking chance's album, but Gambino's album was not meant to be a hip-hop/rap album and that's why a lot of people didn't like or vibe with it right away.
Sep 18, 2017 Yeah, I was never really a big fan of gambino in the first place. I get what youre saying completely I think gambino is overrated at everything lol
