Jan 2, 2016 Hi there, new on this forum but I've been lurking for a while. Wanted to hear your input on this topic as I was having a debate over this with a fellow friend of mine. He claims that Eminem's next album is going to be a classic because he thinks that Eminem still has it in him to blow his fans away again. My retort was that Eminem's fallen off somewhat and while he still has a few gems, I found MMLP2 and Recovery suffered from too much filler and while i really like Relapse, it's more of a cult album at this point than an actual classic. Also, I just don't know what he can even talk about these days. He's no longer angry. He lost his best friend. He's not around D12 barely at all now, he doesn't really have any drama that we know of since he's been alone and his daughters aren't little anymore. Besides that, he's changed his style to be more motivational I guess which is fine for some but I want something new if he does come with a new album within the next year or two. Personally, I'd love if he would bring back the Bass Brothers, get rid of the pop singers on his hooks (Stan is the only exception) and bring back that smooth as butter flow we know he can still do. So, the question still remains, can Marshall still blow us away? Are you betting on a classic for his next album, or are you expecting a disappointment? Frankly, I would love another classic but I just don't know if it can happen at this point. Let me know what you think.

Jan 2, 2016 Yeah, I agree. Almost wish something would happen for him to get inspiration, you know? I feel like he could bring up the recent hate he's gotten (Earl, hiphop heads etc) but who knows...
