Eminem Eminem needs a new gimmick

    I think the majority of us(old Em fans) are at a point where we are just frustrated with the content he's been putting out. Everything after Recovery has been a collection of "I'm trynna run Slim Shady to the ground with these sub-par discount shady songs and adding a few r--- jokes to offend people" or "I'm an underdog, everyone hates me and I rap over girly rock beats with an inspirational theme so that little girls can feel good about themselves" songs. Songs like So far are ruined by toilet humor, Stronger than I was is another take on his pathetic love life(look at me sounding like Steve Berman in this b----), and so on. And when you mix that with the bad choppy flow and terrible beat selection in the history of man kind, patience starts to dwindle.

    Now I'm not saying Em should stop talking about his life or make crazy songs, but it's getting tiring listening to them every year. Lyrical ability is there sure, but what's the point of awesome lyricism if you can't even understand what he's saying?

    Now if Em were to make a Concept album playing a character of some sort, wouldn't that be a breath of fresh air? If he were to tell a story( a whole album)through Stan's little brother's perspective, wouldn't that be great? If he had a Eminem Vs. Joker album wouldn't that be great?

    We all know people would've loved Relapse if it was released by someone else. What if Em released an album hidden under a Jason Mask? MM(Masked Man)? Most people would love a concept album by Em, Relapse and Some of Encore is the closest we've come to him delivering us with one.

    What're your thoughts on this?
    (Oh yeah, and I know most of y'all are visibly cringing looking at my ideas, but what kinda concept would you like his to follow?)

    I would take cringeworthy bad rapper eminem in 2015 over any of your ideas

    Concept album is a suggestion I made a while ago. He needs a subject to concentrate on. I've said it before he's trying to manufacture things that used to come organically lately. I think a concept album which locks him into a certain theme or character could help him recapture some magic. I just feel like he sounds like he's rapping because he needs to or something. It just really sounds manufactured.

    The Joker thing is weird. To be honest most of your ideas I didn't like but the idea of him doing a concept album of some sorts I'm not against.

    Yeah, if he flowed correctly, didn't rehash topics for the 40th time and add a r--- lyric in there to offend the SJWs.

    I kno but those are just my juvenile a---'s ideas. s--- I thought if he could rap through a peasant's perspective in the French Revolution, talk about his grievances and his wife at home telling him his kids are starving and s--- over some unorthodox beats, that would be great. But it sounded too corny so I scrapped it off.

    That sounds very Jedi Mind Tricks-like. I just think he needs more of a strict theme to lock him down.
