So as far as this incredible statistic as far as sales we are talking about 21 million here

Have u ever heard anyone critisize or say they don't like the album outside internet hip-hop blogs? We know hip-hop heads hate this album but as far as your everyday regular music fan is concerned have u come across that doesn't like this album? i have not

People i know outside the internet hip hop blogs like the album because of the catchy melodic hooks it is basically the second album he continued heavily singing on after The Eminem Show. Girls love songs like Mockingbird, Spend Some Time, Crazy In Love, Love You More, Puke the stereotypical love songs with him singing that are based on emotion and have really catchy hooks. The type of music young girls are into that is their thing. And we know the old classic saying if the girls will like a song then dudes will start to like it to just because the girls do

Mainstream as well as really liking those type of singing driven catchy hook emotional love songs. Really like songs like Just Lose It a catchy animated song that was a smash hit reaching number 6 on the billboard hot 100 chart. We know how much the mainstream love the animated songs with catchy hooks that were super smash hits like My Name Is, The Real Slim Shady, Without Me and Encore had Just Lose It

The production on the album was very catchy too it was well produced

SSLP was good mainly because of how eminem developed the character 'Slim Shady' and the skill he used to do so.

MMLP was good because of the overall lyricsim with the same type of character expect it became a bit more personal.

TES was best because at that point he was a complete artist and had the perfect mix of character and personal emotion without the damage to the cohesiveness that mmlp might have suffered from with great lyricism.

Encore lacks both character and lyricism and was terribly inconsistent unlike the past 3. It's a bad album and is his worst ever.

I'm not into lyricism i can't stand it so that is a huge reason why songs like Mockingbird are my fave

That is the type of music i like Mockingbird, Spend Some Time, We As Americans, Love You More

His singing, his hooks, his emotion, his pop songs are why i'm an Eminem fan

But Mockingbird isn't exactly an non-lyrical song. Nor is Haile's song. The lyricism is still there, but the songs in encore have that well noted quality drop.

It's alright and cool if it is disguised limited lyricism like in those songs

Why do you feel the need to keep stating this s---? Yeah we get it, you like more girly faggoty music. You don't appreciate wordplay and rhymes etc.
Every f---ing post you keep saying how girls agree with you and pulling up tweets from women. How insecure are you?

I don't like the ones that are pricks, weirdos, insecure and lame no passive aggressiveness about that as i am always happy to straight up call them out and state how much i dislike them.

But the ones that are cool and normal and just happen to be hip hop heads i have no problem with what so ever

But the ones that are pricks give the cool ones a very bad rep the same way Isis give majority of cool Muslims a bad rep

i've never heard anyone outside of rb dislike encore and i'm not even exaggerating. people loved this when it dropped. they loved the entire cd. they didn't get pissed off till there wasn't another lp for another year two years three years four years and so on. mockingbird and crazy in love are dope af. deep, emotional, lyrical, especially considering what he was going through. yellow brick road is insanely insightful and taught a lot of people a lot they didn't know about marshall. like toy soldiers is a top 10 em song. just lose it and encore/closing were two of the banginest tracks of 04 and just lose it fits right in between my name is and we made you perfectly. yea he was taking a break from putting ALL of his enunciation into highlighting end rhymes. the multis were all still there though if you read through the lyrics. f---ing solid album and s----s all over most other rappers' discographies. the production on this album is also arguably his best

i've posted this list before and i'll prolly post it again

The best selling male solo artists oat:
    1. Elvis Presley
    2. Michael Jackson
    3. Elton John
    4. Marshall Mathers
    5. Garth Brooks

after that sinks in, diss encore, a full 8th of what got em to that #4 spot

Encore is a classic and a masterpiece. an album selling 21 M copies can't be bad if most people IN REAL LIFE are enjoying it. That's what good music is supposed to do, it supposes to move u
