Dec 16, 2017 Em is f---ing cringe. But he ways was from the days of slim shady. Anyone who liked slim shady Eminem should love this. Its offensive and outlandish, but the flow is outrageous from start to finish (and flow changes are cool). Not to mention the beat is f---ing dope. So I'm calling it. Offended is classic shady. Best song on the album IMO.
Dec 16, 2017 Em being cringe on a cringe beat is cringe, but with this flow the cringe is a kind of creative strength tbh. It's a really enjoyable song if you give it a SERIOUS listen
Dec 16, 2017 I love the chorus but the beat isn’t the greatest imo. Especially when he says that pizacato s---
Dec 16, 2017 Idk if you're joking or serious but I've always felt like Offended was classic shady ever since first listen, moreso than Framed even. Its definitely one of my favorites off Revival
Dec 16, 2017 Ughhh that hook stabs my brain. But those verses draw me back to it every. f---ing. TIME. Fuxk
Dec 16, 2017 I'll probably rank it lower after the dust settles , but I wrote this song off at first and after giving it a detailed listen I'm thoroughly impressed and entertained. I think people are sleeping on this because em is doubling down on the cringe. But its dope.
Dec 16, 2017 The hook is lowkey the best part about it. The beat change is actually pretty catchy and it fits well with the concept. Then the way it rolls into the verses fits the tone.
Dec 16, 2017 I feel like thats its genius. He's playing on how offensive he was throughout his career and he's baiting everyone, even with the hook. Hopefully it gets trump to respond so that TES fire is sparked again inside him
Dec 16, 2017 Please tell me what he says reminds you on his 'Slim Shady' persona besides the childish chorus.
Dec 16, 2017 I've already said that I find this track funny and it puts a smile on my face. Good solid track in my book.
Dec 16, 2017 And the Rachel dolezol line reminds me directly of the blowup doll from the real slim shady music video. Em being cringe is nothing new.
