    Apparently it was due to a security situation that happened, they plan on offering a VIP hangout instead where you can take video's and pic's of him, just no more group photo's.

    Not too surprising this had to be cancelled considering how obsessive his fans can be. From a fan's point of view it would certainly s--- to be so excited about something like this then have it cancelled out of nowhere, can't really blame Bieber though.
