    tried doing a search but it just returned a bunch of stupid eminem threads trying to defend relapse as a concept album and im not sifting through that garbage to find out if another thread asking this question is already out there

    earlier this week i was revisiting some doom tracks and got reminded of how gr8 and under appreciated Danger Doom was as a whole project and it made me think of other concept albums



    idk if that's really technically a concept album but id consider it one with all the adult swim stuff that's consistently in the songs and skits

    another one that i literally never see discussed, even by aesop rock fans, is Bestiary by Hail Mary Mallon. i didn't even know it existed until i started looking into aesop rock's side stuff.

    far from his best work but its a fun lil concept album where they're trying to get a funderaiser together to save a bowling alley. some gr8 beats too.
