The article paints a complex sympathetic picture but ...

It's clear there was "g---" affiliation and he was still active on some level in street s--- even if he was on his way out.

There's conversations to be had on semantics concerning the word "g---" which the article attempts to use to discredit the case against him but it seems obvious even in this piece he was still involved in street s--- with a group of individuals who have bodied people and were still active.
