Overlooked holiday because it seems like most people lost their dad due to abandonment or death, but shoutout to all the father's raising children along with mothers.

Dunno how many fathers there are on here, but keep doing u

Well it's baseball. The kids all have amazing potential, but the manager (I'm assistant coach) doesn't know how to properly run practices. He just puts them into positions and hits the ball to them, instead of working on fundamentals and techniques.

Thank God I'm taking over the team next season. My son is 6 and he's one of the best players on the team lol, it's sad. They could be great, to be honest. They've lost so many close games.

Crazy how a coach can change how a team plays. Dude should fired most pros start playing their sport around 6 or 7 years old just seems like he's holding them back with just hitting a baseball.

It's simple to me. At this age, you should be doing a ton of fundamental work. His practices are boring for the kids, and they don't learn anything. I try to work with them on the side though, and it helps, but they have no idea how to properly field ground balls, pop-ups, properly throw, pitch or swing a bat lol.

I am. My dad used to coach for like 20 years, and he coached the middle school and high school teams. They never won states, but they were always in the playoffs. I used to be a great baseball player, until I discovered football, then I lost all interest in baseball lol.
