To me it's a tough question as Eminem has had various ups and downs since 2009 and it's hard to say whether he's improved or he's lost touch.

Changing his styles has had positive and negative effects but lyrically I'm starting to see a small light at the end of the tunnel.

heavily. Content is down too because he doesn't have a whole lot to talk about anymore... In terms of his multis, his rhyming skills... he's still got it.

IMO, he needs to make a song explaining his entire career. full detail. even if it comes out being like 7 minutes long. explaining every aspect of the addiction, his downfall, trying to get back up, not being able to please everyone... basically a long, more deep Deja Vu

Deja Vu, The Warning, The 2009 BET Cypher, and even the Westwood Freestyles are all songs of which he would not be able to match nowadays. So no.
