Dog is a delicacy. They won't accidentally serve it to you, unless you specifically ask for it.

EDIT: I didn't try duck when I was there, but I've had it before in the states and it was good.

Busan is nice. It's far as h--- away from where I lived though. I was there a couple times for martial arts competitions and to see track and field world championship
