I didn't even know Adrenaline Rush & The Coming were that highly thought of tbh. Lifestylez Ov Da Poor & Dangerous is probably the only one I agree with.

Agreed except that I've never seen anyone discuss The Coming, Ghetto D and Adrenaline Rush. Would also switch out Tical for Liquid Swords and Wu-Tang Forever to their debut

RT, I've never seen Adrenaline Rush, The Coming, Resurrection, and Ghetto D ever praised tbh.
Although I love that album, I'd have to agree with that as well. His sophomore album was a lot better imo.

I mean I guess I can see the sslp being overrated. I guess. Maybe. Idk. It's still a solid debut album.

Yeah I mean I don't think it's bad but I never though either of Big L's studio albums before he died were great. He was talented as h--- but unfortunately died before we really saw his full potential.

I can't take this seriously. It just seems like the opinion of another young blogger that is trying to rewrite history.

From the five or so albums on this list that I've heard, I wouldn't say any of them are overrated.

I respect his point on just because something's released in the 90s it doesn't mean it's classic, which is certainly something a lot of people seem to believe. However this list is just another one of those bloggers just trying to have a different opinion to the general consensus just for the sake of it imo.

I didn't know people rated Tical & The Coming like that. Wu-Tang Forever has some Godly tracks and a couple s--- tracks, if it were condensed it would have been an undisputed classic. My only two major disagreements with this one is BOBS & Resurrection.

These newer generations of Hip Hop writers are f---ing pitiful. Tical is not that beloved and definitely isn't overrated. It's barely mentioned when it comes to those mid 90's Wu solos. Wu Forever is probably Top 3 double albums considering the bad track records double albums have. Nobody really talks about that Twista album like that. And this person threw in Black On Both Sides just for the f--- of it. Complex, XXL, HipHopDX, a lot of these sites have terrible writers. 10 years ago, Hip Hop journalism was going to s--- but now. Jesus Tapdancing Christ.
