Personally i've always preferred gaming on my PC.

I like that properly optimized games tend to perform and look much better when compared to the same titles on console.

Most importantly there is usually a huge modding community looking to extend the 'shelf life' of good games, improving or even changing the gaming experience- eg; Grand Theft Auto, Battlefield, Just Cause.

I only play on consoles. I like the way you can just sit on the couch turn it on and play games. On PC's there's always messing with settings and performance, could be an advantage to some of course. Not me tho :emoji_wink: And on consoles online everyone has equal chances across platforms, unlike with pc's when someone has huge specs with better fps and 3 x 40 inch monitors etc It can be quite unfair :p

Been a Sony fanboy since PS2. Love my PS4. Weird that we latch onto whichever brand our parents bought us 15 years ago.

I was raised on Nintendo, though I somewhat recently picked up a PS3 for some budget gaming because I missed out completely on last-gen Sony. Only have Last of Us and MGS4 and I've yet to play the latter, but Last of Us is amazing.

Looking forward to getting the Smash Bros. for WiiU soon as well.

A good gaming pc is much better than the consoles imo; of course you can play more comfortably on a console than on a desktop, and some of their exclusives are definitely worth it, but I've always preferred my pc. It depends on the type of games you like to play though, AC4 would be better on a console than on the average pc, but games like Dragon Age must be played on a pc.

And of course the game boy for when I'm bored in the bus, kicking it old school.

I own a PS3 and probably play it a dozen times throughout the year. I buy Fifa & NBA 2K each year, and normally get bored towards the end of November.

Also, I'm a loner gamer. I'm not into this online bs. I'd rather play career modes.

I had exclusively Nintendo consoles until I picked up a cheap PS2 in 2009. I got a PS3 this year. Nintendo will always be my favorite but I like a lot of what Sony has to offer, particularly in terms of fighting games, JRPGs and horror games. The PSN has a massive backlog of classics that I missed out on as a kid, too. I just played DMC 1-4 over the summer. Amazing series (except 2)

Prefer consoles to PC. Obviously PCs are more powerful but I don't want to sit at my chair for long sessions. I prefer to sit back on my couch with my leg up resting. Just more comfort. As for which console, this gen it's PS4 and have a one for their exclusives. Last gen it was my 360 and had a ps3 for their exclusives.

Well our parents would buy us both at some point, not at the same time tho.I remember trying to find a ps2 in stock somewhere, everyplace was out.

Anyways when I got older I stuck with Xbox, having had every Xbox, and ps1 and 2..skipped 3 and 4.. Think I made the right choice, I like the exclusives more and I like their setup better, like the whole dash and everything. Also find the controllers much easier and much more comfortable.

    Never was a PC gamer.
