Aug 16, 2017 Play Basketball, practise a couple of times a week. I guess I can count working as well because im non stop walking for hours, over half the day even. I wanna renew my gym membership but it will be too much for me to cope.
Aug 16, 2017 its winter so cant as much as id like to but i try to go for a few runs a week and lift weights or w.e probably 5 days a week nothing crazy though apart from that i hoop all the time and skate and surf in the summer
Aug 16, 2017 Was hitting the gym 3-5 days a week but I haven't been in a couple months so I feel like a lazy piece of s---. I'll be back from my last vacation of the summer tomorrow and since I work from home now I'll be able to get a regular routine going again no problem. Used to play a ton of basketball but not anymore

Aug 16, 2017 In the weight room at least 4 times a week. I play basketball all the time too but on a lil break rn because my knees can only handle that s--- so much anymore.
Aug 16, 2017 Right now, 5 times a week. Getting back in shape. I'm trying out a regiment i've never done before and i want to see how my body reacts to it. I've always been a cardio / martial arts guy, and have never committed myself to a full weight lifting regiment. While i'm deployed i want to try a light weight workout (lots of reps) 5 times a week with cardio 2 to 3 times a week. Oh and can't get enough ab workouts. Lastly, i'm eating super clean now. No junk food whatsoever.
