    Bigfoot in SA was also a common one. n----s used to save their game all the time in the Country just to wait for nightfall to happen.

    I used to spend weeks trying to find him... reading message boards... learning new ways to search. >_> One I distinctly remember is that you had to be driving a Monster Truck to get him to spawn and it couldn't be a cheat code spawn either just for added fuckery lol

    My favorite myth was unlocking Luigi in Mario 64

    Luigi isn't in Super Mario 64 but Yoshi is if you get every star. I think in the remake for DS Luigi was really in it though.

    For Final Fantasy, in FF8 they said Squall died in the halfway mark in the game and the second half is a ghost. In FF7, Aerith didnt die from the sword attack but from drowning, and Cloud could of saved her. I remember they used to say she appeared at the end if you do some impossible tasks

    That theory alone makes the story of FF8 the best FF story wise imo
    It's a shame people skip it because of the lvl system and art style/school theme
