Apr 11, 2018 Idgi Dont hit me with the "he grew up bs" cos hes still making s--- like heat, framed and other s---
Apr 11, 2018 Yeah he's a sellout, obviously only doing it for the money now and had no artistic integrity sadly
Apr 11, 2018 "And you wonder why I carry every gun under the sun, whether it's unloaded, full or an un-registered one"
Apr 11, 2018 They care about guns more then our children too bro Also dog why da f--- is Ivanka trump in the trunk of my car??
Apr 11, 2018 do you still believe?!!!!!!!!!!! he's sober now, theres a difference when you're under influence of drugs
Apr 11, 2018 Back when he had his own s--- to say and not just parroting what the label and people around him want.
Apr 11, 2018 Lol I think it's funny seeing people say he sold out or he's not the same, it's called versatility people
Apr 11, 2018 He cornered himself into this position, his choices were basically: a) Continue on the Slim Shady path in an era of political correctness and be branded edgy and washed up b) Evolve and try to make mature music and be called a sell out and told to go back to his old ways There's no winning for him lmao.
Apr 11, 2018 If Em released some Slim Shady bs where he talks about killing prostitutes and beating people up, I would have probably hated it even more than Revival. I honestly enjoyed the Southpaw soundtrack more than I enjoyed Revival. Even though that Soundtrack didn't have anything Phenomenal on it, pun intended .. it was still enjoyable to listen to.
Apr 11, 2018 Well one of them is a diss track and the other is about moving forward, how are they even comparable.
Apr 11, 2018 Eminem is not a very good artist, he's just a really good rapper. People overestimated his creativity because of songs like Stan and Lose Yourself. I feel like Em just can't keep up with the times. He lives in his own little f---ing bubble and doesn't understand what people want.
Apr 11, 2018 Nah it's not THAT weird. It's weird. But there's much weirder combinations you could come up with, like: Lose Yourself vs. Wee Wee Stan vs. Fack Till I collapse vs. Big Weenie My Name Is vs. No Apologies Etc. The combinations can be great or bad. For example; "My Name Is" vs. "No Apologies" is quite amazing. There's very few artists, let alone rappers, who can make that staggeringly different sounding music in terms of style, content, everything... and both be extremely unique and amazing things to themselves. Which makes me laugh when I see some comments; I've seen some YouTube comments like 'at least Nas changes! Eminem has the same style since day 1!' and other things like basically saying Eminem doesn't change :/ I hate Revival; MMLP2 was a mess and Recovery has mad embarrassing moments... but if there's one thing you can say about Em - it's his versatility and how different he sounds almost every album. Like, the guy who made "I'm Shady" also made "The Way I Am" who also made "Without Me" who also made "Sing for the Moment" who also made "Mockingbird" who also made "Stay Wide Awake"... like... WHAT?? There is no other rapper who sounds THATT different, so often. Like, "Stay Wide Awake" vs. "The Way I Am" are you serious. Yes. He sounds so similar doesn't he lmao wtf. Some people have weird ears.
Apr 11, 2018 Its harsh but i honestly think the reason hes completely different is pretty simple. Dude just doesnt remember majority of his life from 98 to 2008. ever since i heard the quote where he said he took 40 to 60 valium a day it pretty much explained everything. Thats seriously amnesia inducing quantities and he probably did that for years. That will change anyone dramatically.
