These are Jehovah's favorite albums from 2015 that are often played in heaven.
I kept the writing short cause I ain't good with the pen or have the time to write an essay about each album.
I don't rank albums 1-10 either cause that s--- is played out
Excuse the s-----y writing they don't have college up here

    Shadow of a Doubt

    What I liked

To me the first track is f---ing everything, if I press play and the first 2 minutes of the album sounds trash I’m honestly going to assume the rest of the album is trash. Lucky for Freddie Gibbs he put together a pretty solid intro. The dark pad with the quiet choir in the background leads into Freddie Gibbs deeps a--- voice shouting “I bet you got it twisted, you don’t know who to trust, So many playa-hatin n----s tryna sound like us” This n----- got the best rap voice in the game holy s--- and the songs after this intro just get better and better, f---in up the count SOTY.

    What I disliked

Freddie Singing. Come on Freddie yous a gangsta you can’t be out here looking like some light skinned n-----. He didn’t sing a lot through the album but that hook on “Lately” was just terrible. Even worse the song that I didn’t enjoy lead to the worst song of the album “Basketball wives”. Two bad songs playing back to back is the worst thing that can happen when listening to an album.

    What I liked

Bruh, this album is A E S T H E T I C as f---. L$D will make a Christian want to do drugs. Production on this album is f---ing magnificent and even the album art is A1. Oh and the intro here is real, very very real. There is not one moment that upset me whilst listening to this album, Track 1 to 18 is drugs for your ears. We should have known Rocky was bout to drop some art as soon as he dropped that L$D video. Wavybone SOTY.

    What I disliked

Lil Wayne spitting verse of the year on this album then dropping FWA

    90059
    [IMG]

    What I Liked

“90059 be the zip” into “I’m straight up out that East side, swinging like zip lines” That delivery when the beat switched at the beginning was f---ing gorgeous. 90059 goes against everything I expected with Jay Rock. I was expecting songs more similar to Parental Advisory or songs like Elbows from Follow Me Home. Instead we get songs with relaxing production like Gumbo and Jay Rock spitting over it effortlessly. SZA also gets feature of the year just because her voice is the best thing to ever happen to the human race. Gumbo SOTY

    What I disliked

Isaiah Rashad not spitting a verse
Jay Rock dropping an album before Isaiah Rashad
Parental Advisory not being on the album.

Real s---, what I actually hated was Macy Gray on the hook off Fly on the Wall. When the album originally released Macy Gray was NOT on the hook. For some strange reason I went to sleep and when I woke up iTunes updated my “Fly on the wall song” and suddenly there is someone singing on the hook. Come on iTunes I can’t co-sign this s---.

    Rodeo
    [IMG]

    What I liked

“At that moment, the one known as Jacques turned to Scott. Chose to jump off his mama porch and lead the stampede of lost souls.” Bruh this intro is f---ing gold I should have chosen Travi$ to write the bible real talk. Travi$ never impressed me with his lyrics but the production on this is amazing, and Travi$ can make some soulful s--- like the song“Oh My Dis Side”. Oh Myy this song is f---ing beautiful. That beat switch up is everything and Quavo killed this s---, I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else on the track, those “Woah” ad libs alone make this song better than 90% of what came out this year. Pray 4 Love SOTY.
    “Graduated from the midget (Woah)
This the life I was living (Woahh)
    Graduated to a million (Woahhhh)
It’s the money that I’m getting (Woahhhh)”

If you don’t know Rodeo In Stores Now

    What I disliked

    The album cover
Travi$ being disrespectful to his mother.
“Told momma, “b---- get back in the door!”
    Come on b, I can’t co-sign this s---.

    DS2
    [IMG]

    What I liked

I don’t know much about drugs bout I’m pretty sure seeing codeine when you urinate is a sign that yous a super saiyan drug addict. Ain’t got much to say about this album. Future raps about the lifestyle that he lives. The opening track “Thought it was a drought” is the best start to an album you will ever hear this year. It sets the tone for the whole album “They don’t like it when you telling the truth I rather be realer then you” this is what the album is about. Future being 100 with himself. If you like “Real Rap” then this aint for you, Future the type of n----- to serve his auntie that raw. Kno The Meaning SOTY.

    What I disliked

    Drake
    Future co-signing Blac Chyna
Future constantly giving Ciara shoutouts and free promo.

    TPAB
    [IMG]

    What I liked

What should I say about this album that you haven’t heard before? It’s a good album b, you can miss me with that “replay value” s---. I mean I don’t know much about instruments but whatever they used in that intro track I f---s with heavy. I mean you might tell me this album is boring but you can’t tell me this album ain’t important to this generation. This album is going to be remembered for a long a--- time whether you like it or not. Obama f---s with the album so why don’t you p----. Momma SOTY.

    What I disliked

Kendrick not answering Wale’s calls after the nominations

    Ballin Like Im Kobe
    [IMG]
    What I liked

G Herbo sounds hungry as f--- on every track and is probably one of the best drill artists in the game right now. He delivers on every track and if you’re into drill rap and want to hear someone more lyrical then Herbo is exactly what you want to hear. Herbo ain’t a boring rapper either you can really feel the pain in his voice when he speaks.

    What I disliked

    --

    Darkest Before Dawn
    [IMG]

    What I liked

Everything is Pusha T. Pusha T got a whole bible that’s filled with coke metaphors; I know this because I gave it to him. Pusha T is a problem. Darkest Before Dawn is a gloomy album the intro is f---ing fire and there is a quotable in every song of this album. The song M.P.A has probably the best hook of the year, I can’t tell if its A$AP or Ye but its smooth af and J Cole? Man this is probably the best thing J Cole has ever done in his life. Pusha T don’t sing hooks he a trap n----- and the whole industry scared of him. Why you think Drake lets Pusha b---- him like that.

    What I disliked

Anything that don’t involve Pusha T
Sunshine was a good song but Push was just rapping about drug money a few minutes ago and now is on some conscious s---, the transition between FIFA and Sunshine is just a bit odd to me.

    IDLSIDGO
    [IMG]

    What I liked

Earl is a complicated rapper and sometimes what comes out of his mouth might not even make sense until you play it back 6 times. Actually first time I played this album I thought it was just average, few months later I’m hearing s--- I didn’t hear before. There ain’t many features on this album but then again this album is pretty short, the most notable feature was Vince Staples where he just went the f--- off, “Wool” is probably my favourite song off the album just because Earl x Vince Staples chemistry >
This album just has a depressing atmosphere it’s food for thoughts if anything else; this isn’t something you put on when you are with your friends.

    What I disliked

Wanted the album to be longer

    Summertime 06
    [IMG]

    What I liked

“From the city where the skinny carry strong heat Northside long beach NORTHSIDE LONG BEACH” Summertime 06 is a double disc album. Double disc albums ain’t supposed to sound like this. The production here by No I.D. is incredible and the message that Vince Staples was portraying was received loud and clear. There are a few short songs in this album such as “Birds & Bees” where he only spat one verse but it’s probably my favourite song from the year. “Bandana Brown my skin is brown I’m fighting with the law” Vince staples flows on this beat so effortlessly he made that beat a work of art. “You wit the s--- getcho feet wet with the sharks” Also before I finish this I HAVE to mention the 2nd verse from Street punks

“I don't know if ya heard of me
But you heard them shots on the block, it's a murder scene
Go on call the cops, open heart, durin' surgery
Now his breathing stopped, stupid n----s should of knew we tripping”

Bruh… I know I probably named about 5 SOTYs so far but this, this s--- right here just disrespectful af; SOTY

    What I disliked

Waiting for another Vince Staples album
The interludes + Might be wrong = 6 MINUTES OF VINCE NOT RAPPING.

I guess I was just so hungry for a Jay Rock project that I would accept anything. I enjoyed all the tracks but I do leave the album feeling like I needed more.

Nah, I like thugger and his music but his albums just sound like compilations of songs to me, his albums aint fully clicked with me yet. Hopefully when I revisit them I'l like them more like I did with Earl.
When I was making the list these are the albums that instantly came to my head too, Sreemlife could be a replacement to 90059 but I really love the song Gumbo and Money Trees Deuce

I understand man, I actually didn't like it at first and I still find that most of the features are the highlight of this album, but I can't get over the production on some of these songs and the eerie atmosphere some of these songs give out.
