Eminem forum has always been fascinating because of the fact a lot of people who don't like Eminem at all, or flat out hate his music, visit and comment. It's very strange for a forum dedicated to a certain specific subject that it attracts people who don't care or dislike the subject.
I've never seen anyone say "Doom sucks" on Doom forums, never seen anyone say "Predator sucks" on Predator forums, never seen anyone say "Men wearing women underwear s---" on Men Wearing Women Underwear forums, so why do people who dislike Eminem visit this forum?

I never went to Drake, Future and other subforums because I don't care for those rappers and their music. Wouldn't it make more sense if you dislike Eminem not to visit this forum?

I'm aware of all Eminem's flaws, but I still happen to enjoy his music a lot and seeing negativity all over the place is ruining the fun. I could go to Drake forum and spam how s--- his music is, but I don't feel the need, I don't care for expressing my opinion on something I don't care about and I'm not going out of my way to say I don't like something.

It's fine if it's an actual discussion about which album you prefer better, for example Recovery is better than MMLP2, but when all you have to say is "Eminem sucks, the albums are terrible" why even bother visiting this forum? It's OK not to like Eminem, you don't need a pat on the back for that.

I'd just like to come to Eminem forum to discuss and enjoy Eminem's music with others. Seeing people constantly s--- on him is a buzz k---, like Stan in that episode of South Park where everything was s--- to him so he was no longer fun to be around with. So if you don't like Eminem, what's the point of coming here? Let us who enjoy his music enjoy it in peace.

Hate seeing your comments, you're literally Stan from that episode of South Park. You went out of your way to register on that Eminem forum which is now closed, forget it's name, after SL went down, but that forum was full of people enjoying Eminem's music so your voice was left unheard.

On a more serious note, you must be r-----ed. Nobody here categorically "dislikes" Eminem. Personally, I enjoy a lot of his older work and still follow him because his career path warrants plenty of discussion (e.g. bizarre choices in terms of direction, his ability to -albeit sporadically- still display his immense talent). I have an open mind towards his music, as do most of us here, but more often than not he disappoints. Despite the fact that I can't listen to most of his contemporary music, he is still an artist with a fascinating career. If you want to enjoy his music in peace, why even come to a message board? We're here to discuss the merits and flaws of his music. If you can't handle that, tough s--- for you Stan, perhaps stay at TR Shady.

What youre saying makes sense OP, although Eminem haters have the same right to post their opinions as much as his fans/listeners do. I do find it kind of weird and strange that people who flat out reject his material or him as a person, or claim he hasnt been good in 10 years or s--- like that are on this section all the time

I mean s---, its only taken me a couple of Future albums to know the guy's garbage (barring a couple songs) and not check out for him at all. You sure dont see me on that section every day. I cant imagine posting on every thread of an artist I hate.

If you and others like you posted like this more often, I wouldn't have made this thread. And to be fair it's a lot nicer here now than on SL, but yes there are people who just stop by to say Eminem sucks on an Eminem forum.
