    Meek Mill announced plans to further his education while visiting a Philly high school.

    Meek Mill just donated $50,000 to the people of Flint, MI who don't have access to clean water, and he may have inspired 50 Cent, with whom he's currently sparring, to do the same. Today, the Philly rapper has made another admirable move, as he announced that he has enrolled in college.

    He showed up today at Overbrook High School in West Philadelphia and revealed his plans to get his college degree, while encouraging the student body to do the same. Watch him make the announcement, which is met with enthusiastic applause, below, courtesy of DJ Akademiks.

    This is his get of out jail free card, before his court date comes up. With this, the donating of money to Flint, the non-retaliation to 50 Cent - all things that will be brought up in favour of his character in court.

    The amount of people hating on him for going to college is absurd. Do you hate on your friends when they go to college? (as you clearly don't have the intelligence and mentality to go yourself tbh)

    i'm r-----ed because i suggest that he gets his education from private tutors rather than making a big deal out of it and distracting all the normal citizens that just want to go to school without cameras everywhere? i never once said he shouldn't get an education
