    Such a great song. So many beautiful examples of dark and twisted poetry. This is the type of relapse s--- I love

    Nah no way this song is underrated. This track is rated close to Stay Wide Awake which is the best song of the album.

    He would've still been good if we didn't throw him under the bus when Relapse was released. I can't imagine he would've gone this route if he released Relapse 2 too.

    In my opinion, Music Box is dope (and underrated) because :

    - beat is great, delivery and lyrics are really good, and on most on the Relapse / Relapse Refill, Eminem raps like he studies different ways of rhyming. The raps and delivery are so much better than 90% of Encore.
    - the chorus tells a story, it embodies the whole song, which is the purpose of a good song
    - the singing is awesome, Em's voice is so weird but so beautiful at the same time.. I don't know how to rank it. Eminem belongs to his own category I guess.
    - the serial killer theme (easy if not corny in a way) draws an interesting parallel with the description of a lonely and twisted mind, which evokes nostalgia and sadness. I think there's a great depiction of a more mature Slim Shady on Relapse... Music Box is arguably one of the best songs of the Relapse era with of course Deja Vu, Beautiful (corny but powerful song !), Stay Wide Awake and Same Song & Dance... The third verse of 3AM is amazing too.

    A song I love as well! Arguably the best song of Relapse. He really has made so many great songs for that album. I can't believe people were shi--ing on Relapse and still are.

    I'm happy it's finally getting the love it deserves. When Eminem retires this album will be seen as a classic and seen as his last real Eminem album. I'm calling it now
