Old Eminem, the only disadvantage I can say is: He doesn't have club songs, or songs that you might play in a party (for non Eminem listeners).

New Eminem, Disadvantage: He's not the Old Eminem anymore.

And yes, I deal with Eminem as 2 persons, because He's completely different.

he is 43 years old. i think its his time to go. its not really worth continuing. maybe he should still do features and manage shady records, but his project quality has progressively gone down as of recent so i think he should stop. i could be wrong and he may release another classic, you never know. i would be concerned for his health if he completely left rap because its really all he has. he barely even leaves the house anymore so it wont be good whenever (if) he quits rap.
