Dec 16, 2017 Alright so here's my theory... With this new album Revival, Em is mashing up pretty much all elements out of his previous few albums, you have some Recovery in there,Relapse,MMLP2,SSLP,MMLP,TES you name it. This album is a final chapter in the R trilogy- Relapse,Recovery,Revival. I say he is done with pop star features and that he is about to drop a bomb as his next album which will take it back to the roots. I'm not going to review the Revival album now, my opinion is that it's pretty good. I'm an Eminem fan and I dig all his albums and I can admit that he had some missteps,but I digress. I believe it's safe to say he is done with Rick Rubin as well. What happened was with all this Rick Rubin influence on Revival, Em really wanted Rick to bring some of his best (which he pretty much does with Heat, Remind Me and Arose). If you ask me I believe Em worked for this album and it shows. There are a lot of quality tracks and they are meant for his fans. But take a look at this : This whole rollout was incredibly weird. - Medicine promotion which would obviously indicate Dr. Dre's involvement in the album (zero of it on Revival) (in recent interview Eminem said Dr. Dre couldn't work on the album because he was too busy ...right... ) - absolutely horrendous singles picks - pretty much zero marketing (there are no f---ing music videos lmao I'm pretty sure there won't be neither as well) Eminem's recent look is pretty interesting too. He has a scruffy beard,jacket,a hoodie etc. a pretty... "underground" look... I would say his BET freestyle of decimating Trump with that's an awfully hot coffee pot caused a great stir in the galaxy... Seriously,the guy has the biggest fanbase in rap (top 2-3 in music and he does that come on). He did the unthinkable and showed a middle finger to all his racist fans (literally). It's so unnatural...something is coming...storm is coming...

It's loud and clear. He's done with this rap s---. I think he planned to make his last final bow (album) bigger, but he is so tired from that spotlight (and you can see it. I also think he changed in his behavior so much, because he decided what he wants for his future and he is happy and calm bc of that) that he just decided to make it quick and without any extra noise. I really do think it's ova. It's not his final chapter in Re series, my man. Em will NEVER say that kinda words. Can u imagine it in your mind for a second? I can't. "so, yeah, it's definately my final solo album. I've make that decision. It was a very tough one, but right now in this time there are things in my life I need to be for. I worked for this project quite a lot, so. Hope I did well". NAH. Forget it. If there is ONE MORE SUPER DUPER ULTIMATE CLOSING FINAL ENDING ALBUM, then it's gonna come out like at least 2 years from now on.
Dec 16, 2017 I think people forget that not only do all those producers not come cheap but neither does the studio time and all those guests like Beyonce and Ed Sheeran? Do you think they come cheap? They don't. That's why it's not a free mixtape. It costs money, just like music videos cost money, they're not gonna pay all that money out to studios and producers and singers and not try to make every penny back.
