    Paper Mario the thousand Year door is one of the best games ever made. Super Paper Mario is amazing. It was different but it still had the charm of the 1st two and the story was great. Sticker Star is a complete pile of s--- in every way shape or form. The part is, it started like the 1st two games until Miyamoto told them to get rid of the f---ing story

    I'd argue Sticker Star is better than Super Paper Mario, but neither were that great.

    They find new ways to sink this franchise with every game.

    im really salty at SPM for changing the godly series the first two games are. everyone says the story is really good and its worth playing for the story but i just hate the art direction and gameplay so much i cant get into it enough to finish it. i bought sticker star blind when i read it went back to turn based battles :mjcry:

    this series is like a f---ing monkey paw deal

    Yeah, SPM is definitely more interesting than Sticker Star story-wise, but the gameplay is pretty f---ing bad. I was basically in the same boat with Stick Star, bought it blindly cuz I knew it went back to turn-based. I had a decent amount of fun with it, but it absolutely pales in comparison to the first two. I never finished it though.

    SPM had argurably the best story of ther series while SS didn't have a story. There was unique charcters and the humor was on point in the series. The combact wasn't the best, but as least it wasn't a waste of time, and there was a level up system.

    the reason for the changes are probably to keep it in line with the new mario games like the Galaxy ones, stars have looked like that for a minute now

    anyways, i'm totally fine with this new game, looks neat
