Feb 1, 2020 30-35 bracket for me. Bit let's face it, it's been out for 2 weeks. SSLP has been out for 20 years. Who knows how it's going to age.
Feb 1, 2020 30, but I can't definitively say it's better. SSLP is a f---ing classic that has withstood the test of time
Feb 1, 2020 So on topic, Im 28 and I think its way to early. I doubt SSLP was considered a classic 2 weeks after its release. Im just satisfied that we got an Em album in 2020 whitch can even be in a debate with his classics
Feb 1, 2020 Too early to call it, but I'm 32y old and tried to listen to SSLP and it doesn't sound that much fun as it used to, for me personally
Feb 1, 2020 29. But I only say so because I just don’t like his Voice on SSLP, if his voice on SSLP sounded more like TES or MMLP I would definitely say SSLP was years better. But I just can’t f---ing stand his high pitched nasally sounding voice
Feb 1, 2020 What kind of comparison is this. That’s like comparing filet mignon to a piece of moldy bread.
Feb 1, 2020 kids were flipping out over the sslp. That include kids who I knew hated rap music. But at the time sslp dropped we were used to dope hip hop albums dropping left and right and the quality of it blended in with others of its era. No comparison.
Feb 1, 2020 Its unfair comparison. Very different i would say murdered is more enjoyable. Sslp is very unique and niche both classics
Feb 1, 2020 Too much difference. Sslp is a classic but I wouldn't say the whole sound really aged brilliant. Music to be murdered by is the sound of now and I love it. Obviously I listen to sslp never and music to be murdered by all the time but I can't say one is better. We have to wait and see how much time will pass before I get tired of music to be murdered by completely and I can see this question getting an answer once and for all a decade after lol.
