Mar 12, 2025 Let’s shine a light on these mfs and get some more discovery going by posting some songs. I’ll start it off. Loving this song rn it’s wavy af:
Mar 12, 2025 You think these posters on section Eighty are even cultured enough to listen to anything outside of pop rap (Eminem, J. Cole etc) ? Guarantee they don't know what underground even means
Mar 12, 2025 You think people just listen to one artist. Lmfao What kinda lunatic would do that?….. oh wait
Mar 12, 2025 Nah not at all but I thought I would try to make a thread like this and maybe some of them would stumble upon it Love me some Danny Brown. He’s really someone I need to dive deeper into the discography of
Mar 12, 2025 Ka$hdami dope af from all the songs I’ve heard in the past. I don’t think I’ve heard this one yet, this one wavy as h--- too I’m surprised he’s still underground, I think I first heard him back in 2021
Mar 12, 2025 Not sure if anyone here saw this from a few months back but it’s better than the XXL freshman cyphers lol
Mar 12, 2025 His 2021 run is nuts. I think he has dipped in quality since 2022 but he still puts out a few bangers a year. I liked his last EP
Mar 12, 2025 Finally some rappers I’ve never heard of. These have some good vibes too. Definitely adding these to my playlist
Mar 14, 2025 It's a good thing music is subjective and it's ok that we all have different tastes and preferences... sorry to say that most of the suggestions so far are not at all for me... I mean that cypher thing, top 10 what? Top 10 worst underground rappers? lol I've listened a bit to CunninLynguists and Danny Brown before, they're quite good. Otherwise the only one I really like so far (that hadn't heard of before) is One Be Lo, I've added that album (Sonogram) to my list of albums to check out, sounds dope!
Mar 16, 2025 at 4:43 AM Check out Binary Star - masters of the universe It is the duo of One Be Lo and Senin Silla before they both went solo. Certified underground classic. Sonogram is also amazing.
