Jul 14, 2017 Okay so earlier I was watching a video about a theory linking Jon Snow to the white walkers. If you aren't familiar with this connection, watch this video: Now after watching this video, one knows that there is a possibility Jon Snow has some white walker in him. Here is where my theory comes in and is basically confirmed by the second trailer. Please brace for impact: Jon Snow becomes a white walker or the next Night King. Now hear me out. At the end of the trailer, you can see Jon Snow cut down a what appears to be a white while the other members of the army of the dead stand looking at him. But look closely: was that actually a white walker that Jon Kills? Here is the timestamp of the clip: To my eyes, it appears to be a human, you can clearly see blood come out and in the books white walkers do not have blood. Here is a still that shows the person he's cutting down is human: You can make out what looks to be a nose and a beard. He is also wearing a hood and looks like the guy here: If that person was a white then why aren't the other whites chasing Jon? It's because he is one of them now and/or their new leader. There was a reason why the Night king stares down Jon Snow at the end of Hardhome. He wants Jon Snow to be one of them, and it looks as if that is confirmed by the trailer.
Jul 15, 2017 @Errol Jon will not become the Night King in the show. In the books anything is possible especially since the first Night King was the Lord Commander of the NW and was a stark. (Stannis most likely to become the next Night King or "Great Other") I talk about Jon's resurrection briefly in my thread here: https://forum.sectioneighty.com/the-world-of-ice-and-fire.t107915 If you read the books its perfect for you because its oriented towards the books. If not you'll still find the stuff interesting no doubt. I can assure you Jon won't be the Night King in the show because if they were really going to take that route they would have made the last 2 seasons longer. Weiss and Benoitt both want to be done with GOT and move on with other projects, but then again this is GOT
Jul 15, 2017 He may not become the Night King but please explain to me why Jon cuts down his own man in the trailer and the whites just stare at him and don't move.
Jul 15, 2017 First off you can't say fir certain that is those are wights in the back. Secondly he cuts down the man because he's one of Cercei's men. I can go further if you'd like...
Jul 16, 2017 Completely different projects though I think they're "credited with being producers." There currently in the process of developing 5 IAF set shows. George has confirmed that it won't be Robert's Rebellion and Dunk and Egg. Theres mass amount of material George has written and anything is up for grabs. I would love to see the Dance of Dragons but that may be to expensive even for HBO. Now just because 5 different topics are being explored that doesn't mean we will get all 5. The 3 I'd Love to see: 1) The Dance of Dragons 2) The Blackfyre Rebellion 3) Aegons Conquest
Jul 16, 2017 George confirmed no dunk and egg because the 3 stories that are out aren't long enough to do a series. He very well could feed them material he has yet published but that's unlikely.
Jul 18, 2017 Heard about this theory but honestly I'm more into the Bran theories and the one about Sam being the narrator of the whole d--- thing.
Jul 18, 2017 @Heisenberg check out my thread (if you haven't all ready): https://forum.sectioneighty.com/the-world-of-ice-and-fire.t107915 I have a good Bran one for you in there. Its dedicated toward the books so if your a book reader you'll find the s--- super interesting
Jul 19, 2017 I haven't read the books yet. Plan on it but just haven't gotten around to it. I'll check it the thread though.
Jul 19, 2017 Ya check it out. You may get confused because I go in on characters and evetns that the show has yet to cover. Any quesntions send a raven my way
